I had to extract the two stones, an amethyst and a colourful solid opal, from a ring which held both and was no longer in favour.
As requested they were reset into two simple rings that could be worn separately, but actually looked good on the same finger. The challenge for me was extracting the stones safely. (Please don’t ask me to reset diamonds or similar small stones – it’s not my skill set.)
